Tandem milking parlour

• especially suitable for small and medium-sized herds
• perfect view of dairy cows’ bodies
• individual access to animals
• high work productivity
• size and shape of tandem milking parlour can be modifed to a U-shape, or it can be single sided
• gates controlled by manual lever mechanism or pneumatic cylinders, or can be fully automatic (autotandem)
• milking parlour can be fitted with various degrees of automation of milking process including milk measuring and identification or ATA-25 automation

 

Herringbone milking parlours

• the most popular and common type of milking house
• especially suitable for medium-sized and large herds
• dairy cows placed at an angle next to each other
• creates good working conditions for operators
• entry and exit gates controlled by a pneumatic system or manually, using a lever mechanism
• milking hopuse can be fitted with various degrees of automation of the milking process, including milk measuring and identification

Dovetail milking houses can also be laid out as TRIGON or POLYGON. These types have some advantages,including faster group changeover and thus troughput of the milking house. The operator has a better viewof the cows

KLASIK herringbone milking parlours stalls:

This system is especially suitable for farms with a higher concentration of milk cows, wher the group exit system greatly increases the troughput of the milking house.

MILKING PARLOUR ACCESSORIES

We can also supply barriers for pre-milking waiting areas:

• AM 2000 mechanical barrier (overhead)
• MP 97 mechanical barrier (on boards)

Channeling barriers can be installed in rectangular or square waiting ares. Milking with mechanical channeling barriers makes it easier for cattle to enter the milking parlour, greatly increasing productivity. Channeling barriers can be fitted with an audible movement signal and an electric post which is especially suitable for new systems, where cattle have to be „taught“ to enter the milking house.

If required we can also make a hydraulic channeling barrier with manure shovels on the bottom. Suitable for wide and long waiting areas.

CLASSIC PIPELINE MILKING FOR BINDING STABLES

The Pneumatic pipeline of the milking facility is placed directly in the dairy cow stable. It consists of dairy pressure pipes running entire lenght of the stable and can be positioned as required. The source of the vacuum – the vacuum pump, the drainage of the milk into the cooling tank, the pipe pipe rinsing and milking itself are controlled by a control unit, which can be moved along between each dairy cow.
