The EURO BAGGER 3000 belongs to a new generation of silage baggers using braking cables for more compression of the silage material. Fast filling of bags with high density silage guarantees low losses of dry matter and quality. Bagging technology produces feed with high nutritional value.

Fermentation processes in all bags are characteristic especially by fast reduction of pH (within 5 days) under the limit level in relation to dry matter (water activity). Reduction of pH under the limit level contribute to decrease of risk of so-called silage degradations (namely proteinic and semi-proteinic) by reason of reproduction of sporulating clostridium. Analyses of silage from bags are characteristic by lower content of acids, but they have mainly high ratio of lactic acid to acetic acid - by the reduction of respiration is fastly supported evolution of homo-fermentative lactic bacteria, and that substantially decrease production of  lactic acid at the expense of acetic acid production.

One of the most important indicators of fermentation results in proteinic and semi-proteinic fodder crops which are silaged in bags is lower grade of proteolysis. Proteolysis processes are suppressed at the beginning – silages from bags have lower content of ammoniac nitrogen in relation to total nitrogen than silages from trough. Silages from trough always had lower dry matter than silages from bags. This signals, that the fermentation processes ran with higher losses of dry matter and nutrients.

Technology of ensilage in bags can be used not only for classical silages but also for ensilage of sugar-beet cuttings, brewer‘s draff, wet grains which can be whole, grinded or pressed.

The Grinder bagger connects grinding of grain and other cereals with the best ensilage system for feed: the bagging system. On the bagging machine with tunnel diam. 6,5 ft (2,00 meters) we placed high quality drum grinder. Grinding and bagging is now connected to the one easy controllable machine and that saves your time and energy.

Advantages of grinders    
The main advantage of grinder is energy saving, which can reach up to 70% by rough grinding for poultry and from 30% to 50% by soft grinding for pigs.  When we take into account structure of processed material, higher digestibility, there is reached higher efficiency in production of feed especially for poultry and cattle. Specially developed drums can processed grain with content of dry matter from 60% to 80%.

By-products from feed industry

The GB 6 can also process by-products from feed industry like a suggar-beet cuttings and brewer‘s draff. The drum grinder with hopper is replaced by special hopper. This hopper has hydraulically powered mixing shaft, which prevent plugging of the hopper.

The main advantage is the modular construction of the tanks, patent axle construction, accuracy and strenght adapters. We offer CARGO containers as well, where it is possible to choose containers with super 2-3 axle undercarriages - tank up to 29,000 litres, manure sowers, tipping lorries and high capacity for silage, straw etc.

FEED SHOVELLER
Přihrnovač krmiva New system for shovelling of feed to troughs. Greatly increasses the feed intake and production efficiency of dairy cattle!

The shoveller travels automatically up to 30 times per day along the feeding table and shovels scatterd food back into the trough. The shoveller can also flavour the shovelled feeed with a small amount of kernels, which further stimulates the animals to feed. The movement of the machine is computer controlled. The machine is driven by a 24 V battery. When the machine finishes travelling it reamains in the parking positon and is automatically connected to the charger and charged.

The shoveller travels along a rail ina a channel; it has a hight-adjustable strip which folds back when it hits an obstacle. The machine can also travel around bends and so can be used in two-row feeding tables.

 

 

MB-01 MANIPULATOR
Manipulátor MB-01The MB 01 manipulator is designed for manipulation with standard round hay bales. It is pulled behind a tractor on a three-point linkage and is connected to the tractor‘s hydraulic system. 

It makes manipulation easy - the built-in hydraulic piston, controlled by the tractor‘s hydraulic system, ensures that the bales are gipped firmly and the vertical position of the bale can be adjusted using the three-point linkage.

It has simple and robust construction, which allows you fast and failure-free using. The narrow width of the arm means that the feed is quickly put on place - when the bale is in the upper position, it is easy to remove the plastic foil from the bottom, and when the bale has been lowered the rest of plastic foil can  be pulled off.

MILK CART FOR CALVES
Is made of stainless steel, manufactured with volume 130 l, 180 l, 260 l, heated or non heated.

The milk cart is used to take milk to calves with possibility of heating. The stainless stteel tankis easy to clean and has double bottom, on the back of which there are two heating elements. There is a water gauge for reading of water level, milk temperature is controlled by thermostat. On the front there is a release tap with a hose for transfering of the milk to the trough. A hetaing control panel is supplied with the cart. This cart saves you a grat deal of time when feeding your calves and milk is served at the optimum temperature, especially in winter.
